Thank you for raising this. We have an on-going recruitment plan to recruit more substantive staff. Unfortunately at times of clinical need and to manage risk we have no alternative but to book Bank/Agency but where possible we try and book the familiar staff to ensure continuity of care .

Very good service most staff are fantastic and super helpful. It was very easy to settled in because patients were kind and helpful.
